  Disliked: very bad host. i had to pay 10 pound for burnd breackfast even the price was include. room was so dirty and lots of animals and insect in the room and in the matress which they sting my whole body

  Liked: Orlando was very accommodating,there was no dinner or breakfast. However, it met our needs. we were a 15 min walk from UEA, shower was functional room was comfy and tv worked. If you're looking for a 5-star and a cooked meal, this is not for you, if your looking for a comfy room, a friendly host, and don't mind going out for food, then this is the place for you.

  Disliked: No shower gel, plenty of shampoo, and nice clean towels.
