  Filthy and very unsafe

  Liked: We had to have it as we needed somewhere to stay

  Disliked: The Proptery was filthy, no locks on the bedroom door, mouldy food in the bedroom and green mould in the fridge downstairs, toilet was broken, bins were full, bed shits we’re soiled very badly, washing machine had mould in it, no security at all, had to call the owner off a different number as didn’t answer to me, they did say it would be cleaned the next day but was not done to any standard at all, this is the worse place I’ve ever booked for one of my staff, there was a live socket hanging off the wall aswell

  Avoid at all costs

  Liked: Nothing

  Disliked: Extremely unclean, broken sockets in communal areas with live wires. Pubic hair in draws under bed, no lock on bedroom door, tv not working, taps hanging off in bathroom, curtains not long enough, no fire action plan, lock on front door broken so was locked in so couldn't get out in an emergency. No staff present, drug dealing thought out the night, mattress very old and covered in stains.

  Liked: Nothing at all. In fact I was shocked that we have neglected properties like that on Booking.com. 1. There we noone at the house but the main entrance door was open. On entering I saw keys strewn randomly at the back of the door. 2. There was a strong stench of what I believed was of a wet carpet. 3. The door to my room had no lock at all. I have photo evidence to attest to this. On calling support I was told there is no night staff. The support person apologised that he was not aware that the door to room 3 did not have a lock at all. He asked me if I wanted to cancel and I agreed to cancel. He offered room 4 but there as no way I was going to sleep in a place with compromised security in terms of access and keys. 4. The dwelling is an accident waiting to happen. Someone may be mugged or be robbed in that house. It's far from being safe. 5. I challenge Booking.com to inspect this place before anyone's life is compromised in the near future.

  Disliked: The blatant lack of care from the support agent. Up to now I have not received his approval for free cancellation despite him being aware that I did not stay there overnight for some valid reasons I spoke to him about over the phone.

  Absolutely horrible

  Liked: No breakfast. Everything is dirty, locks to rooms and front door broken, anyone can get in. I left 3 days early. Management doesn't care and wouldn't answer the phone. Wouldn't recommend.
