  Convenient place to stay

Liked: Close to shops, cafés sights. Nice view of Norwich Cathedral and a small park from the main room and main bedroom. Comfortable bed.

Disliked: *No breakfast but café nearby. *Very warm in the apartment although not hot outside. *Small second bedroom had only a rooflight, which could not be opened. *Bathroom basin drained very slowly. *The property itself was comfortable, but guests should be aware that the immediate entrance area can feel a bit uncomfortable at times, as there was a young couple, actually very polite, sleeping rough right by the doorstep during our stay. While this is a public city issue outside the hotel's direct control, it is something to note if you are arriving late at night. *The automatic lights on the stairway only worked for the lower two floors, but not for our 3rd floor.

Liked: The location was excellent. The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and lots of cushions on sofa to get comfy. Three flights up and some nice views.

Disliked: The code for the parking gate was wrong so although it was open when we got there, someone else was parking, we needed a view bits out of the car and couldn't get to them until I called the owner who was very helpful and gave us the right code. Bit of a hike up the three flights of stairs for us in our early 70s and with two days of walking round Norwich.

We enjoyed the stay, with one or 2 minor stersses

Liked: Location couldn't be better - near decent dining, shopping and attractions.

Disliked: Small bedroom a little poky, but can't do much about that. Clunky and complicated/ unintuitive system of access codes to parking.
