  Excellent place to stay

  Liked: Great proximity to the city centre, extremely clean and well presented with excellent kitchen facilities. Comfortable and practical. Parking had to be prebooked but was easy to do and very accessible. Accessing the property was effortless with no hassles. Host is very communicative in a timely manor with information and replies. Excellent little apartment for a couple for a weekend break, or a professional travelling for work like I was.

  Disliked: The only criticism I have is the very squeaky floorboards throughout the complex. You can hear every movement from other apartments.

  Very comfortable, clean apartment in quiet side street, handy for exploring the key sites

  Liked: Very clean, generally well appointed flat in quiet Central location; on site secure parking (bookable through another company approx £13 per 24hrs). Nice towels, shower gels provided and we found the bed comfortable. Carpets etc well vacuumed and we liked the “please remove shoes” policy. Flat is near pleasant riverside walks (and there’s canoe hire nearby) with lots of ancient buildings a short stroll away. Handy for restaurants/bars/pubs. The proprietor, Ben, very helpful and quick to respond to questions

  Disliked: There is a problem with the kitchen/sitting room floor - likely a floor joist. Very spongey in places and quite noisy. Looking at other comments it may well relate to a water leak last year, but it really needs fixing before someone less light on their feet breaks it. Also, an additional hand towel for kitchen use would be good. We also found the bedroom window very tricky to shut in contrast to sitting room which worked perfectly, so possibly needs looking at.

  Liked: The apartment in Norwich was in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the area. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a full kitchen. The location was excellent, and the apartment was a great choice for visiting Norwich. The managers were really helpful when I called them to clarify the parking 20 hour ticket.

  Disliked: The apartment felt like old student accommodation and wasn't as clean as I would have liked. There were food splatters on the wall and under the table, and something had been left inside the washing machine that looked a bit manky. The shower tiles had black and orange mould, and the bathroom was quite cramped with two large suitcases. I also had to pay extra for on-site parking. This was known in advance, but parking could have been included in the accommodation cost rather than requiring me to organise it through a separate app.
