Lovely accommodation as long as the minor niggles are sorted out before staff all disappear

  Liked: Good accommodation, bathroom lovely

Disliked: minor irritating issues but no one on site to help out as the issues arose later in the day/evening- room too hot but difficult to reduce down underfloor heating in the bathroom. Bottle of water in fridge impossible to open at night but staff off site. Room was next to building works for the property which you can hear in the morning and was not a great look

Would recommend. Great place to stay and short walk to most things

Liked: Beautiful room and excellent location. We were able to park easily and extend the parking permit which was an added bonus.

  An interesting place to stay

Liked: Historic building well located in the centre of Norwich

Disliked: As the name suggests this is mainly a venue which has bedrooms rather than a hotel with some incidental function rooms. Reception services etc are pitched accordingly.

Relaxing, heavenly get away! With wonderful staff and everything you needed!

Liked: Beautiful property close to great shopping and cathedral. Room was beautiful and so relaxing. A super comfy bed!

Disliked: Only slight minus- was a warm evening so room windows were open and if people smoked outside and the smoking point the smell came in the room.
