  Liked: All the staff were really nice and welcoming and pub was nice

  Disliked: The bed wasn't very comfortable, the bathroom wasn't well ventilated so steamed up quickly and remained damp for a good while after, the shower didn't have a temperature gag so just stayed on temperature and the shower draining wasn't very good so ended up having to loads of towels down to prevent a soaking wet floor and wasn't any milk in the room for coffee and tea making.

  Lovely hotel in the centre of Norwich with great food!

  Liked: Great service and food in the pub/restaurant. Excellent breakfast - food selection and service. Great coffee! Room is quirky and comfortable.

  Excellent stay, food was fabulous. Lovely atmosphere

  Liked: Warm and friendly staff and 5 minute walk into the city so great location.

  Disliked: A young child’s party was held in the main bar, the children ran riot in and out of the bar,to outside. Spoilt the atmosphere for diners and drinkers, some of whom left.

  disappointing

  Liked: downstairs is nice, location is very good

  Disliked: dirty windows, toilet area in room. needs a lick of paint. indifferent staff (I'm sure my mentioning these things hasn't been taken on board at all), waiting ages for a drink charged up front and then being asked to prove we'd paid.
