  Superb. Clean, comfortable and welcoming

  Liked: Kay met me on arrival and was welcoming, friendly and personable. The accommodation was excellent. Clean, lovely comfortable bed and all the facilities required, plus some! There was fresh milk, orange juice, tea, coffee and fresh produce for breakfast. Great location with parking in a lovely quiet part of town. Would stay here again without a a doubt.

  The perfect base for a flying visit to Norwich. We will be back

  Liked: We were met on arrival by the owner who showed us around the property with her two gorgeous dogs. There’s a sitting room with an area to make tea and coffee etc, a bathroom, and a bedroom It was all clean and tidy. The nick-nacks around the property were lovely and quirky. Totally to our taste. The bed was very comfortable and snug. Extra blankets were available if needed. There was tea and coffee as well as fresh bread for toast as well as yogurt and cereal. The shower was great, hot and powerful and not cramped. Perfect. We really enjoyed our stay as short as it was. If we are ever in Norwich, which we do plan to be, we will stay there again.

  Excellent short break in outstanding surroundings

  Liked: Excellent location & a wonderful break. The hosts were very welcoming & friendly & nothing was too much trouble. The annexe was spacious & comfortable throughout with a lovely garden area I would highly recommend the Summer room & we will definitely be visiting again

  Perfect in every way

  Liked: Breakfast was left in the room - a good selection. Above all, the owners couldn't do enough to help. Excellent communication at all times. Clean and comfortable.

  A perfect location to explore the city without needing transport at all

  A great place for a relaxing stay in Norwich

  Liked: Kay was very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The parking space was generous and the check-in very easy. The WiFi worked well and the bed was very comfortable. I was especially pleased to find that decaf tea and coffee was provided as well as ‘normal’ tea and coffee. There was plenty of choice for breakfast. The location was handy for the bus stop or an easy walk into the city centre.

  Disliked: One of the breakfast chairs felt wobbly, otherwise we were very happy
