  I wouldn’t be back unless these problems where address

  Disliked: There was no one there to let us in and they didn’t answer there phone numbers had to go round back and knock on a door to a guest to open front door for me, when in the light in our bathroom didn’t work there was no toilet roll and no tv plus the window didn’t open very far and the room was so hot with no fan. Which meant my sleep was poor as I was so hot. And had to shower in the dark

  Complete disaster

  Disliked: Everything was so bad the beds are so old.. the was no WiFi while they said they WiFi.. their communication is so bad and their do rude.. I wouldn’t recommend and the was no toiletries in the bathrooms

  Do not go to this hotel the worst

  Disliked: No tv no hairdryer cracked windows bed linen dirty bed springy holes in walls stains evrywhere no fire alarms and when asked staff he saod thos was the room he was told to gove and no rooms are provided with tvs which I later found out this room was the only room without tv no fan room to hot was that bad I left asked to speak to manager and was spoken to very rude and asked what my problem was its a room as said staff was very rood and there was no one to talk to so was all done over the phone

  Crap

  Liked: Close to train station

  Disliked: It was a dump, room was disgusting. Carpet stains, walls all chipped and stained, bed was awful, electric shower didn’t work properly went from boiling to freezing in seconds. I e stayed in a lot of hotels but this is crap and I’m no snob.

  Disgusting place

  Disliked: The BED BUGS, the FALSE ADVERTISING OF WIFI, the RUDE STAFF and LACK OF STAFF, double booking our room so A STRANGER walked in on us NAKED. The WiFi WORKS but the staff PRETEND IT DOESNT WORK so they don’t have to pay more on THEIR WiFi bill.
