Guest reviews
Very good
Perfect
Liked: Dog friendly with a little goodie bag was a lovely touch. Comfortable and great location.
An ideal location, warm & cosy with a friendly atmosphere
Liked: Rooms were very clean and suited our needs perfectly. My room was facing the Main Street but you can’t hear the general hustle & bustle in the room. There was a good variety to choose from for breakfast.
Disliked: The bed I had was a little lumpy, it felt like it was ready for a new mattress but not so much that it was too uncomfortable to sleep in. I felt the restaurant prices were a little bit overpriced for what was on offer but having said that they were good portion sizes & the food was lovely.
Service in the bar is abysmal
Liked: Accomodation & breakfast were very good
Disliked: We waited 20minutes for a drink in the bar then gave up, only one barman to look after the bar & restaurant is a disgrace
Didn’t have any issues at all with hotel and it made for an easy comfortable stay
Liked: Great choice, good communication from staff. Spacious area and quality produce
Disliked: Nothing had no issues
Good wee hotel perfectly situated
Liked: Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. I was visiting Pitlochry for the Enchanted Forest and this hotel was perfectly situated for this event. We took the dog and enjoyed walks in the surrounding area. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice.
Friendly staff clean hotel
Liked: Central and close to everything
Disliked: Nothing
