  Liked: Very spacious. Nice comfortable beds with immaculate bedding. Lovely white fluffy towels. Big living room with comfy sofas, board games, t.v, table and chairs. Good equiped kitchen with everything you need i cluding a washer. Good central heating. Would definitely book here again.

  Scarborough stay with mates

  Liked: We particularly appreciated the space and comfy beds and sofas.

  Disliked: Need to be prepared to use lots of stairs. Flat is located over two floors.

  Liked: The beds were ok. The owner was awful he accused us of slamming doors saying it was affecting the structure. There is notices up all over to keep quiet as any noise upset the neighbours. we turned up to get in the Apartment with access from a key box (no key there) when we rang the owner appeared with an old hoover and proceeded to run the hoover a couple of times over the carpet. Obviously his idea of cleaning!! The outside is very unkempt also. Not welcoming it isn't a holiday let!! The shower bottom didnt drain properly leaving you showering in a pool of water at your feet. Their was one toilet roll for 5 of us for 4 days (no spares) when we mentioned it the owner said I just left the one to get you going. Meaning we had to buy our own. The kitchen smelt very very strongly of smoke. We had to keep the back door open when we were in as it was awful if you were in kitchen. The kitchen is shabby with doors missing and their is random items such as only 2 wine glasses and 3 tall glasses. The front door lock is very dodgy as well sometimes it opens sometimes it doesn't. Very very basic accommodation. As mentioned not only the accommodation is basic the owner is trying to run this as a holiday let but doesn't maintain basic standards and treats his guests like 'naughty' children being told off for just using the property in a quiet respectable manner (making very little noise) but he obviously has problems with neighbours next door who are clearly not happy about the holiday let. Not fit for purpose at all. Avoid this place at all costs.

  Disliked: As mentioned earlier this is clearly not a holiday let it is just a basic (very basic) apartment that the owner is trying to pass off as a holiday accommodation property. Their are notices everywhere about noise the neighbours are clearly not happy about the comings and goings. The let wasn't ready for us. We had to phone then the owner tried up with an old hoover ran it over the living room a couple of times and called that cleaning. One roll of toilet roll (no spares) for 4 days for 5 is a joke. He told us we need to buy or own! We were told about the noise every day even though we were a family and were out most of the time. We only made the sort of general noise everyone makes. It was laughable. The locks on front door are very temperamental and how we could have a 'noisy party' god forbid when their is only two wine glasses and 3 tall glasses. It is the most shabby basic place I have ever stayed in and to be told off like naughty school kids about the noise just makes this accommodation on to keep away from! It is someone trying to make money out of an apartment but has no professionalism or person skills and if he seriously thinks that people will put up with this long term he is very delusional. Awful Avoid!
