  We WILL be back!!

  Liked: The location was perfect, and staff were 25/10. Shelley was incredibly helpful, a mine of really interesting & helpful info. Efforts to accommodate my foot limitations post op & partner's mobility challenges were fantastic.

  Disliked: Personally, I found the mattress too soft, but that's a personal thing...

  Definitely not a hotel

  Liked: The room was clean and the bed comfortable.

  Disliked: This was booked as a hotel, this needs removing as it is a guest house, and is false advertising. The communal areas could do wirh upgrading and the carpets in the stars could do with a hoover. Had the people dowstairs shouting and slamming doors at midnight. It overlooks a nice little square, however it was being used by druggies. Would not stay again.

  I would not recommend this to anyone

  Liked: Location only

  Disliked: The room was grotty and far too small for 2 people. There was no wardrobe as there was no room for one. There was no chair as there was no room for one. There was no towel rail in the bathroom as there was no room for one. Additionally the bedsheets did not fit properly on the mattress which was a bit Icky.

Good to know

You are kindly requested to inform the property in advance about your estimated arrival time. You will be able to insert this information in the section “Special Requests” at the time of booking or you can contact the property directly.

Check-in between 12:00 and 15:00 is possible for an additional fee of GBP 12.50 per room, subject to availability and by prior arrangement.

Luggage may be left at the apartments on the day of departure until 18:00 for an additional charge of GBP 5 per guest. A time for collection must be agreed, and luggage cannot be left any later than 18:00. Please note that occasionally this service may be unavailable.

You can leave luggage free of charge before check-in at 14.00.

Please note that the property charges a GBP 5 deposit for keys to the rooms and apartments. This is refundable upon return of the keys to reception.

There is no elevator in the building.

Stag and hen parties cannot be accommodated.

Parking permits available on request from reception for a small charge.

Some budget double rooms have external bathrooms that are not located next to the bedroom.

Please note that guests found to violate the nonsmoking condition will be subject to an additional fee of GBP 150.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
