  Very happy

Liked: Communication was easy and consistant. Clean, comfortble very happy with the stay

Disliked: The stairs, but we were informed beforehand so it was expected. The parking can be a struggle even with the pass but again, its a nightmare no matter where you are in Scarbourgh and this a prime location

  Bay View - with assist

  Liked: Room and facilities ok

Disliked: It's essential that room 4 is marked as unsuitable for elderly and people with mobility issues. It caused problems getting luggage to room and everyday to descend and ascend 50 steps. Opening of windows a trial and views would be improved with aid of periscope. It is essential that parking permits are sufficient for length of stay.

Liked: Good location, clean and very comfortable.

Disliked: Sea view but the windows were very high up as we were in the loft, lots of stairs to room.
