  Room 115 single budget

Liked: The location is very good. Cooked breakfast nice. Dog friendly. Pleasant staff

Disliked: Room 115 was very cold.Gaps around window and large draughty gap under door. Room was directly above main function room with no sound proofing. Loud music until midnight. Toilet was very low to the ground.

Very good value for money would stay again

Liked: It was seafront, the room was clean and adequate for my stay. Would stay again.

Disliked: Not really anything I didn’t like, decor is a bit dated however it is to be expected and is inline with character of the hotel. Room door wasn’t easy to lock.
