  Disappointed! Need to address the points mentioned above

  Liked: The apartment was warm and cosy once the electric heating had been switched on for a while.

  Disliked: The dormer window did not seal properly and a cold wind was blowing through the apartment when we arrived. The freezer compartment in the fridge was iced up. No information folder in the apartment-we were unable to get the cooker or oven to work!

  Not all that glitters

  Liked: Ground floor, appeared quite recently refurbished.

  Disliked: No T.V package as stated, even when asked to confirm. No excuses offered as to why, along with no worthwhile internet, had to rely on own mobile device. Front blinds not working properly, front window jammed. Restricted movement at end of bed, due to pillars. Could go on...
