  Disappointed

Liked: Everything but mis-information on free car parking guidlines

Disliked: Was told at reception on check-out we could leave the car in the guests complimentary car park for an overstay of 1hr after the 12.00 deadline. Have now been charged £10.30 which has somewhat tarnished an excellent stay.

  Excellent

Liked: This hotel is situated in town and also close to the beach. The room was large will plenty of storage but was a bit warm for my liking. The breakfast was amazing and the food in the restaurant was equally excellent.

Disliked: Too warm for my liking but wouldn't put me off staying again.

Disliked: This was probably the worst hotel stay I've ever had. We stayed in room #47 which was a total disaster. The mattress and bed so tilted it was impossible to get a good night's sleep. The room was hot and when opening the window the room filled with the fryer smell. The worst bit were the bedbugs and bites we took home with us. Hopefully the hotel has addressed this pest issue.
