  Liked: Loved everything about this place, its location, the peacefulness, the cleanliness and the facilities. There was even a bottle of milk in the fridge. Chris was a fab host and showed us around to make sure we knew where everything was.

  Liked: We travlled to Scarborough for an event and the location was perfect for us, having the dedicated parking space is particularly advantageous as parking locally is restricted during the working day. There are local amenities near by so there is no need to use the car to get provisions.

  Disliked: One irritation was the gulls, which could be clearly heard at dawn.

  Highly recommend, we will return

  Liked: We were greeted and taken in to the property to be shown around. The host was very friendly. Property location was peaceful and close to town. Very clean and tidy and the beds were very comfortable indeed. Will definitely book again. Free onsite parking also, which was a bonus.
