  Excellent - will definitely be back

  Liked: Wow! What a great little place 🩵 I travel around the country a fair bit with my daughter and this has been my favourite place to stay to date! The welcome that you receive from John and Julie beats any 5 star hotel, anywhere we’ve been to date! They are wonderful hosts and make every guest feel welcome! Bed was comfy, everything was on your doorstep, WiFi great, parking is great, bar is well stocked and there is no shortage of complimentary toiletries, drinks, snacks etc. Clean, comfortable and good value for money! I understand why there are so many repeat guests. My daughter was sad to leave (never happened before) and we would have stayed an extra night had they not been fully booked! A truly wonderful place - it’s run from the heart and you can tell!

  Disliked: Nothing bad to report. Property is on a fairly busy road and has a bar but it was surprisingly peaceful!

  Friendly, comfortable

  Liked: The fruit salad was a generous portion. It came with a full English cooked breakfast and tea or coffee and toast. The alternative to fruit salad is cereal.

  Disliked: The newly installed toilet was slightly rocky!! Room 4.

  Fantastic hospitality and very comfortable

  Liked: A very comfortable nights stay. Our hosts were fantastic. Such a friendly and welcoming place with a very comfy bed and an excellent breakfast. Parking was easy and the location was great.
