  Liked: The whole property was spotless, our room was a good size for 2 adults and very comfortable. The staff we met were all very friendly and polite. Breakfast was lovley and cooked fresh when we had ordered. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

  Been in a lot worse places in Scarborough

  Liked: Great location. Comfy clean room Helpful staff. Nice bar/pub. Been in worse places in Scarborough

  Disliked: Had a job getting hot water from the shower. Ended up with a tepid shower. Not anyones fault and we were told by phone a couple of days earlier that the lift had broken. We were puffing a bit up 3 flights of stairs.

  We went to see a show at the spa, and had a comfy nights sleep when we got back

  Liked: It’s is in a very good location for Scarborough, we were going to the spa, and a very east 10 minute walk, the beach and town centre are easily accessible. Breakfast was good value.
