Liked: Clean, tidy, good facilities close to the beach and the town

Disliked: It said there was a sofa bed, I asked if it could be made up for my children when I booked I didn’t get a reply. Messaged again before I went was advised it would be made up when I arrived there wasn’t a sofa bed there was a single chair bed so my second child had to sleep on the couch. A bit more accurate information and better communication would have helped. Also the sofa chair was very hard like sleeping on concrete wouldn’t advise it as a bed.

Liked: High standard of decor and furnishings. Comfortable. Quiet overnight. Great for short stay. Easy walking distance to lots of amenities. Was able to pull in front of entrance door to quickly unpack and pack luggage if you have a second person to help. Mattress on main bed really comfy.

Disliked: No parking, which I knew and it was reflected in price but can I suggest that car park recommendations are changed to the castle car park? That was the nearest and easiest long stay. About 5-7 mins walk. Market place MSCP only takes coins and as it was 10, didn't have enough, very tight spaces.. North street and other recommendations are short stay, and although free overnight, you would have to move car or top up at 9 am. Just worth guests knowing. Camp bed quite small and hard.

Lovely spacious apartment, good location, well equipped but the bed was uncomfortable

Liked: The apartment was very spacious, well equipped and there were even ear plugs provided. Lovely decor and art works on the walls.

Disliked: The Bed! This was the reason for my poor score on comfort. The apartment was lovely but the visit was let down by a terrible bed. It was very soft and had a dip in the middle which meant we rolled into the centre. It was very uncomfortable and neither my husband nor I could sleep. Please replace the bed/mattress!

    Exceptional

Liked: Flat was amazing!! Really comfortable, clean & well stocked

Disliked: 3rd bed (foldaway?) was too small for son, 6ft 3in so a bed settee would probably have been a better option

Excellent spacious accommodation in a central location

Liked: Located centrally and close to shops, supermarkets, and the breach forefront. The main train station was an easy 15 minute walk down one street. The kitchen was well appointed and the apartment was comfortable and beautifully presented.
