Guest reviews
Very good
Great location
Liked: This location was terrific. The room was fine. But the bed was ridiculous. It leaned so badly that I ended up stacking a bunch of things under the mattress to keep from rolling out of bed. I would probably still stay here for all the other positives. But they really need to fix the beds.
Disliked: Uncomfortable bed
Liked: Excellent staff, very helpful..central location.. Nice stay and the tunnocks teacakes were very welcome
A choice that might not be for everyone…
Liked: The exterior looks very nice and the location is very close to the bus and train stations.
Disliked: I hadn’t appreciatedI was entirely on my own after the key card was given to me by a staff person who then left the building. Exit and entry was through a staircase at the street with a key code to get in, which was unnerving. I found the room cold and somewhat noisy to the street below. The satellite TV did not work so that was out.
Disappointed
Liked: Accessible position in old town
Disliked: Room was cramped with lots of old and shabby furniture, TV didn't work, overhead lampshade held on by magnets fell down on us. No staff only emergency number. Cancelled second night without refund.
Location central, poor wifoñi
Liked: The room was completely renovated and brand new. The location is completely central Aquí tienes
Disliked: Although the staff is friendly, the check-out time should be from 3:00 p.m. onwards because they don't actually answer calls or messages until 3:00 p.m. The Wi-Fi is super weak and cellular data barely works."
Liked: Central location.
Disliked: It’s a bit dated now.
