Fabulous
We had a fab weekend as a group of 8 celebrating a 50th Birthday
Liked: Excellent location, huge apartment, we had a fab weekend and the apartment has everything you need for the perfect break
Disliked: Damp smell which I reported to the management company when we arrived but didn’t impact our overall stay
Liked: Jakki was an excellent host and communication was easy. The property was in a very convenient location close to the historic centre of York.
Liked: Brilliant communication from the owner and what an amazing place and location! No question was too much
Disliked: Though not often needed, a fan for every bedroom would have been lovely instead of only 2 fans.
Very responsive hosts, amazing location, a historic building in the heart of York
Liked: Amazing location right in the historic heart of the city. This was a Georgian property that spanned over three floors with plenty of space for our group.
Disliked: The property is located across the street from a pub. It can get noisy but I think it’s to be expected in a city centre location. It was worth a bit of noise at night to have such a convenient spot to explore York. The hosts also kindly supplied ear plugs, if needed, but I didn’t use mine and it was fine. It’s worth knowing that each bedroom is on a different floor, so it’s worth bringing a baby monitor if you stay with young children so you can hear them if needed.
Lovely property right in the centre, comfortable beds and lots of space
Liked: Great location and spacious property, owner quick to respond to queries.
Liked: Great location right in the centre
Disliked: Loud music from pub. Getting key from a bin storage smell was disgusting
