Exceptional
Liked: Mark was welcoming and friendly on arrival and showed us everything when checking in. This accommodation was perfect for a private, peaceful, relaxing weekend. It's the perfect location for exploring York city while also being away from the chaos. It was easy to get Ubers and order takeaways too and Mark told us which location pin to use for pickup/drop off. Could not fault it at all. We would recommend it to anyone and would definitely stay here again ourselves.
Disliked: No negatives!
Liked: Marc has set up such a place to get away from the world. Perfect for a relaxing weekend and just a 10 minute drive from York City Centre
Relaxing and a great get away
Liked: Private area with lovely owner everything you need on site
Disliked: Not a thing to say here sad to be home
Liked: This was such a lovely place to stay. I would highly recommend.
Perfectly unique stay so close to York City Centre
Liked: Truly unique and enjoyable stay. The gardens are gorgeous and feel very private, the hot tub was a perfect way to relax on arrival and throughout the stay. York city centre is a less than 10 minute taxi and cost around £6. The shepherds hut is immaculately clean and had milk water and juice in the fridge, along with all tools and utensils for your cooking and BBQ. Bed was very comfy and cozy. Shower had great pressure. The host Mark in the lead up to the stay and on arrival was very helpful, and is n hand should you need him otherwise leaves you to your stay. Highly recommend and would love to go back.
Disliked: Nothing
Relaxing & perfect
Liked: Peaceful, private location close to the city centre which allowed us to explore York City in the day & relax in the private garden & hot tub in the evenings. We've had the perfect relaxing break as part of my 50th birthday celebrations. We hope to return.
