A prefect weekend in clean inviting accommodation with the added bonus of everything on your doorstep

Liked: The flat was spotless, had everything we could possibly need for our weekend and was located in the perfect spot. Andrea allowed for us to check in early than we should as we was arriving in York early the day of check in. The bed was amazing, you can get lost in it. Would definitely stay again. Also, a cute little notice to welcome us made us smile.

Liked: The attention to detail and warm welcome made this feel like a home from home but a bit nicer!!! The location was perfect for exploring all the wonders that York has to offer. Communication with the host was fantastic. The flat was spotlessly clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. They are so many nice places to eat close by.

Disliked: I liked everything- no complaints

Great property in a great location

Liked: This is, probably, one of the best properties I have stayed in. It was so clean...I'm not the kind to go looking under beds or lifting furniture, but this place was spotless. So well equipped for a self catering place. So tastefully decorated. It was spacious and warm. And the beds!! I had the best nights sleep...just incredible. There was a certain degree of outside noise, located on a busy thoroughfare, more from pedestrian traffic than road noise, but it really wasn't bad for a city and it certainly didn't interrupt sleep. Communication with the owner was swift, and clear. Very thoughtfully left certain food items which allowed us to tick over initially. I would highly recommend this property.

Disliked: I personally have nothing negative to say about my stay. For some others, the stairs may be an issue, so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues. Otherwise this property is top class and professionally managed!

A good stay, didn't want for anything

Liked: The location was good, in walking distance of the city centre. Felt welcomed by the host who supplied basic foodstuff for us along with information we might find useful.

  Spacious, central and comfortable

Liked: This apartment is very close to the centre of York. It is also very quiet and comfortable. Andrea provided some breakfast supplies which were appreciated and there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby.
