Fabulous
Staff were lovely and welcoming and the room was beautifully clean and cosy with everything you need! Would 100% recomme
Liked: Lovely staff and very cosy, clean room!
Disliked: Nothing!
Lovely space, but not for an early night
Liked: - good location just outside the city walls - good sized room with big bathroom - comfy bed - very pleasant staff
Disliked: This place is perfect if you are not bothered about a later night or are going out yourself, it's a very comfy, good sized room. However, it is above a pub and the walls seem paper thin so you can hear everything, it didn't quiet down until 11:30. If you are looking for a quiet, early night (which sadly I was but no fault of the pub) then maybe avoid but otherwise, it's a good little place to stay
Liked: Very comfortable room. Welcoming and helpful staff.
Disliked: Nothing not to like!
Liked: Staff were friendly and helpful. They were so kind as to allow us to leave our bags before check in and also after check out. The rooms were very clean, large and comfy. Overall a very nice experience
Disliked: The location is good if you want to be close to the train station as we did. Otherwise it is outside the main attractions, still very walkable though, as York is not too big
Lovely friendly team and made me feel comfortable and safe, nothing was any trouble to them, room warm and cozy
Liked: Small and cozy feel convenient to town centre, as a female solo visitor the all woman team made me feel comfortable and safe, all so friendly and helpful.
Liked: Staff were very friendly, ordered dinner in the bar which was very good. Room was well equipped, clean, bed very comfortable. Great location.
