Liked: Excellent house for our family to celebrate my 70th birthday, spacious and clean, about 15 to 20 minutes walk to cathedral. Would happily return

Liked: Perfect location and an ideal property for a family trip. It was clean, cozy, and modern, with everything you need for a long or short stay.
Disliked: The property is in a very quiet area. Please be aware that the neighbors are very sensitive to noise and may be disturbed even by normal conversations in the garden at night, so it's important to keep your voices down.

Liked: This is a wonderful house for our families and friends, great location! Quiet street! Easy to get to central town! House is very clean and tidy and well furnished, great equipment:)) the backyard is kids’ favorite place!! neighbors are very friendly as well! We will definitely choose this fabulous house again once we come to York!!

We enjoyed our stay despite the negatives and would certainly stay here again
Liked: The location is excellent to visit the main attractions in York. The house was large and spacious even with five adults and three under eighteens. It was nice to come back to a nice warm place for the weather wasn’t that good.
Disliked: The only negatives we experienced was with the Wi-Fi this was very intermittent and had to be switched of several times to reset it so that those devices that needed it would work this included the TV. The only other thing was the lack of dishwasher tablets for the dishwasher. But these might have been forgotten to be replenished.
