Great stay
Liked: Location good.
Disliked: Key codes we struggled with second door excess on to floor.
It was a lovely apartment and perfect for our visit to York. Easy to walk and explore the city
Liked: Location and apartment itself was great. Having 2 bathrooms was excellent as we were travelling with our friends. Very grateful to have a car space included in our accommodation. Very well presented and I would highly recommend to anyone visiting York.
Disliked: It was warm inside and aircon was not working, otherwise perfect.
Great location
Liked: Great location. City centre and selection of attractions on your doorstep with plenty of places to eat and drink.
Disliked: Free parking yes, but this was advertised as wheelchair accessible. The parking is not that accessible as a wheelchair user. Parking space against a wall and is on the top floor of a three-level car park with no lift. There is 24-hour parking outside the front door of apartments for £15
Liked: Flat was lovely and fully equipped.
Disliked: I was very disappointed in the parking arrangement. On the top floor with only stair access. We rather paid for parking on ground level.
Only stayed with the booking out of convenience
Liked: Apartment was close to the city, easy to get to the centre. The bathrooms were reasonably clean.
Disliked: The apartment was very dirty. Stains on the carpets, dog hairs on and under the sofa. The pottery, glasses and cutlery had lipstick marks and seemed unwashed or not properly washed. The windows and windowsills were dirty, with dead flies on the windowsills. The sofa and arm chair seemed generally unclean and like it’s never been cleaned. The mattresses were also very stained. All the bedroom drawers and bedside lamps were caked in dust with a lot of miscellaneous items left behind in them. The car parking situation was very frustrating as we had to go to the apartment to get the keys to enter the car parking situation. Lastly we specifically booked the apartment as it was listed as pets allowed and wanted to bring a pet cat but as we messaged we found pets allowed only meant dogs, which if it was mentioned in the booking we would have booked somewhere a lot nicer and cleaner.

Liked: Lovely 2 bed apartment. 2 en suites. Nice living room.
Disliked: There was half a piece of wallpaper missing behind the TV. Cups had tea stains. Easily cleaned off.
