Enjoyable enough, great location, rooms are dated
Liked: Good location, good parking, room adequate but dated
Disliked: The room was next to the air conditioning so very noisy, staff would be aware when checking us in and made no apology next morning when we said it had been very noisy, shame given we've stayed at this hotel at least 3 times previously. Breakfast is a bit hectic and not a lot of choice, could be better value for money.
Liked: We've stayed here before so we knew what to expect.For us the location was good car park pricing was good Comfy beds Bar snacks good value
Disliked: We had no hot water at 8 in the morning so we had to have a cold shower on the day of checkout

Disliked: No robes or slippers surprise spoiled on check in window dirty and cobwebs in corners

Liked: Breakfast was amazing, the highlight. Overall a decent hotel and good value for the price we paid. Staff were very good and overall we really enjoyed our stay and would return.
Disliked: To really improve certain details could be tidied up on, such as a bit of repainting, making sure all the bar list was in stock, maintaining tennis court. Small stuff though, solid 4 out of 5 hotel.
Great value, location for a relaxing visit
Liked: Sunday afternoon the check in was lovely. A young lady welcomed us who was really polite and friendly. She was the best team member we encountered through our stay. She was a young lady with brown hair. The restaurant was also great we had a lovely dinner on Sunday evening, and were able to take the dog with us. Location is also great a short easy walk to town. We really like this hotel.
Disliked: We paid £30 to bring the dog but didn’t get a dog bed. Last time we had a dog bed. The room is dated and needs a refurb, we got a great rate for the night so was fine but the bathroom/ general condition is very worn and in need of freshening up.
