Fabulous
Comfortable. Good that there was a Gideons Bible
Liked: All worked like clockwork. I was particularly pleased to find a Gideons Bible in the room. You don't get this so often these days, but its good to see.
Disliked: Perhaps you could get details of the location of each room on the premises when you book - so that you can choose the room you want to book.
Very comfortable
Liked: Clean, tidy, very handy for the centre
Disliked: No parking, could with draught beer
Only stayed one night but when in York again would stay here again
Liked: Friendly staff, excellent room plus complimentary bottles of water and small bottles of Prosecco was a unexpected bonus 😀
Disliked: Excellent location
Great place, friendly staff & great location!

Liked: Location is fantastic about 5 min walk to York Minster and 8 mins to The Shambles....we stayed in the Annex Rooms which were lovely and cosy, WIFI great and ease of getting in and out superb. Host is very welcoming and helpful and also has lots of knowledge of where to go etc
Disliked: Nothing I could say in here at all
