Fabulous
Very expensive
Liked: Location is good. Rooms are comfortable.
Disliked: The lounge area is a bit tired.
Perfect location not far from the station
Liked: Lovely atmosphere with lovely attentive staff. Breakfast was excellent in its choice and quality.
Disliked: As an older guest there is more rest/downtime involved in stays. The TV reception was dire. There was no words option. The food choice in the Restaurant was limited which was a shame as it meant we had to eat out.

Disliked: Carpet marked in bedroom. Would like slippers offered. Body lotion.

Disliked: Staines on blanket and duvet covers, mould in bathroom. INCREDIBLY LOUD - struggled getting to sleep and got woken up early as the sounds travel like crazy and could hear every single footstep taken above us or outside our room. £20 to park in the carpark tops it off as well.
