Fabulous
Great hotel in a great location
Liked: Staff friendly, great location, lovely room. Only there for the night so can’t comment on breakfast etc because we went out for breakky but the hotel and room were perfect.
Perfect stay!!
Liked: Ideally located for both centre and station. Super helpful staff and clean comfortable room with added touches like quality toiletries, robes slippers and a coffee machine.
Disliked: Nothing not to like
Perfect stay in York!
Liked: Great location, great staff, lovely breakfast, building is beautiful
Beautiful hotel in central location
Liked: Stunning property with beautiful rooms, high ceilings. Very nice hotel.
Disliked: Quite a way to walk from car park. Thankfully through a park. Thankfully had bought a smaller bag with wheels and left larger bag in the car. Would have been too far to walk with a heavy bag.
Liked: Staff were amazing
Disliked: No heating on in room
I don’t think you can stay anywhere else this nice for this price
Liked: Incredible building, beautiful and comfortable rooms, perfect for sightseeing in York!
