Fabulous
Liked: Clean and tidy room, with decorated and modern furnishings.
Disliked: No staff at reception past 4pm. Contacting the number at reception for a 'non-emergency issue' could incur a fee. Bizarre for a hotel at this price point not to have someone at reception for at least 12 hours of the day. Radiator in the room didnt work, window was very drafty and we had to plug it with towels. Did not contact reception about this issue as we stayed for 1 night and were discouraged by the fee that could be charged for a 'non emergency'. Parking fee seems expensive when there's c.10 spaces for 10 rooms. Why not offer free parking for guests?
Ok but probably won't stay there again
Liked: Breakfast was good and the breakfast staff was very pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: Not as clean as we were hoping. Carpet dirty and stained and not sure if the duvet cover had been changed as it was slightly marked on the inside. Could not gain access to hotel when we arrived as it was all locked up just after 4pm. We did not have access to internet so had to ask for help from another hotel owner down tbe street. He communicated with our hotel owner.
Excellent value, super clean, relaxed vibe and everything was easy
Liked: Great location, lovely room, easy check in, really clean
Disliked: WiFi dropped out often & we lost cold water on the morning when we wanted to shower
