  Liked: Location was perfect. 10 minute walk into the centre of York. Everything you need for a city break. Bed was comfortable. Sofa was comfy. Shower excellent.

  Disliked: Couldn't connect to Internet. Tried numerous times but we were not there long enough for it to bother us.

  Excellent comfortable location with parking

  Liked: The central location was walking distance with parking was great. It was a lovely apartment, clean spacious and well appointed.

  Disliked: The access was a little complex with multiple doors and access codes, exiting the car park was impossible without the fob which meant a lot of going back and forth. The bed was 4’6” so a bit small.

  Liked: Location, the view onto the river, everything we needed and competently chocolate bars in the fridge

  Liked: Great location nice inside

  Disliked: Iron wasn’t good and stained clothes, bed was a foldaway and wasn’t the comfiest, everything else though was lovely

  A great apartment in an excellent location, with a few small issues that could easily be improved

  Liked: The apartment is in a great location, really close to everything, and comes with free private parking. The apartment itself is very comfortable. There are just a few issues, which I’ll mention below.

  Disliked: The instructions on how to get to the apartment weren’t clear enough, and no one answered the phone. The property is managed by a management company, and apparently they thought that “it’s the weekend” was a good enough excuse for not being available. I called them and also sent a message through Booking.com, but received no answer. The apartment itself is really great, except for a few things: * There was no cooker hood, so all the smoke and cooking smells had to travel through the entire apartment to reach the window. * There was no clothes airer, and the explanation we were given was that “the previous guest must have taken it,” so we had to be quite creative in finding ways to dry our clothes after washing them.
