Exceptional
We always have a pleasant stay at Roomzzz the location is perfect!
Liked: Location
Disliked: Tv didn’t work and the screen for the AC didn’t work. We have stayed in this hotel many times and this was the least comfortable room we ever had.
Great location
Liked: Great location. Spacious Apartment. Parking on site.
Disliked: Struggled to get heating at the right temp and couldn’t get bedroom tv working.
Liked: Location
Disliked: The bed wasn't comfy, and the noise level through the night wasn't good - I have emailed the hotel direct
Liked: Good location and facilities
Pleasant stay with nice view and cozy social area
Liked: 1. Beautiful view despite being 10-15min walk from the city center, 2. Social area, 3. Staff, specially Mel at reception and the Manager
Disliked: 1. Cleanliness below minimum acceptable for such a nice value proposition, 2. Awkward layout with larger than expected sofa, 3. Maintenance specifically for the heating system that was not working properly
Liked: Stayed in the suite room: Very quiet location despite being a busy/noisy weekend in York and only a flat 10-15min walk to town. Staff very friendly and morning croissants very fresh. Rooms clean and kitchen well equipped for making simple meals. Bed was super comfy! Small shop for supplies had good options, even a few things for dogs. Didn't realise dog friendly, no smell at all of dogs.
Disliked: Maybe York is expensive but a little pricey with just croissants for breakfast. However, if we had stayed longer would have used kitchen and then probably wouldn't have seemed too bad. Minor complaint!
