Liked: Location is spot on. It’s on a quiet residential street which is a short walk from the train station and an easy walk in to York centre via the river path. Includes parking if you need it. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms including some toiletries. Nice clean bed linen and towels.
Disliked: Not homely at all, variety of random furniture. Bed pillows very firm and uncomfortable. Needs some tlc and some areas needed cleaning eg cobwebs hanging from conservatory ceiling. Could do with a new kettle because there is a problem with the lid sticking which has obviously been going on a while because it’s cracked.

Disliked: Couldn't access the property or contact the owner took hours on the phone to booking.com to sort out alternative accommodation which didn't suit our needs
Liked: Sufficient beds. Close to town. 2 free parking spaces.
Disliked: Comfortable sofa would have been nice. No proper garden furniture. Beds a bit small and hard.
A wonderful time away in York with friends!
Liked: Fantastic house in a great location for a week in York with friends. Loads of space for adults and children in the house and we had everything to hand.
