Fabulous
Our stay was absolutley lovely. Everything was clean, well spaced and staff was very friendly
Liked: The location could not be beat. Easy to find from the train station and central to everything York city centre as to offer. The room and bathroom, hallways, lift, stairs and dining areas were all impressively clean and spacious. The beds were tidy and comfortable, the room was well laid out. We were delighted to find breakfast was included with our stay and the quality of food provided was fantastic. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We hugely appreciated that we were able to leave our bags with reception upon check out and collect later in the day when it was time for us to catch our train. Absolutley fabulous place to stay.
Disliked: No improvements are comming to mind.
Excellent Location and super stay
Liked: I really loved it. Stunning location. York was wonderful. Staff excellent. Food excellent. Really warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Disliked: The room was too small for our liking. Poor view from window and felt small. Great shower though.

Liked: Excellent Location, Lovely Hotel and Staff Exceptional
Pooky night in York
Liked: Location and staff
Disliked: Room was hot even though there was a cooler
Liked: We had a lovely big room with plenty of sitting space and brilliant views of the Minster. Comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. Even though we arrived at 1pm, our room was already available and the valet parking service operated very smoothly. Very cheerful lady on reception, with other staff members being efficient and courteous
I would definitely stay again. I have been visiting for years, going at least twice a year
Liked: The room was nice and clean. It was big and warm. I enjoyed my breakfast and there was plenty of choice. The location was central to York.
Disliked: The only thing I was not keen on was the amount of noise, mainly from outside which they were not responsible for.
