Such a wonderful place to stay
Liked: The building, location & facilities were great. I would stay again
Disliked: Everthing was great.
Great room, great bar staff, uncomfy morning unfortunately running 15 mins late
Liked: Rooms well kept and ideal for the 1 night we needed after York races
Disliked: My partner was running behind Won’t go into reasons why 15 mins over check out Chap who was going to service / clean room was rude and obnoxious Was going to give him a few notes (and would of been generous) for the delay but felt as though we were a huge problem Appreciate check out times, however, I’m a frequent traveller and always look to seeing teams / businesses out for great hospitality and understanding To top it off it was both my and Mrs birthdays Yep, we share the 23rd August
