Fabulous breakfast
Liked: Fabulous breakfast great location and welcoming friendly staff.
Disliked: The only negative was the bathroom fan that was very noisy, fortunately it didn't stay on for long.
Liked: Everything great location, staff brilliant, breakfast amazing room excellent
enjoyed the stay overall
Liked: the hotel was more or less what we expected.,Olde worlde. Staff were lovely. Breakfast was great. Bedroom small but adequate and clean. Bed was, while clean, was uncomfotable and did not have a matress protector. T
Disliked: The Bathroom at first look looked clean but on closer inspection there was a a couple of issues. The shower hose was filthy as was the sink overflow a wee trip to shop for bleach and cleaned this. When handing in the keys at the kitchen I noticed how spotless it was. Maybe apply this to these thing in the bathroom.
Very good location for visit to York Barbican
Liked: Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff
Disliked: Limited parking, decoration could benefit from refreshing
Comfy stay in beautiful Yorkshire
Liked: The location excellent - right on the wall, which we would have used, but for the weather! The staff are friendly. The room was comfortable and quiet. Slept well. The food was great - Good wholesome Yorkshire breakfast, love black pudding! 👍👍
Disliked: Heat the pies in the bar snack menu, please. Can't think of anything else 🤔
