Fabulous
Liked: Good location
great value for money, clean, comfortable, modern, great location - will return
Liked: the property, the facilities and it's location are great - will return
Disliked: Had issues getting into the property. The code I was given did not work. I called the first mbl for help, left a voice message but no one ever responded. The second mbl did get answered and I was given what seemed like their private code to enter the property - which was kind but kinda circumvented the issue of having my own code of the property.
Liked: Excellent location, everything we needed
Perfect for short stay in the heart of York
Liked: Fantastic location - just round the corner from the centre. Everything perfectly clean. Has all the facilities you need for a comfortable stay.
Disliked: A little bit squashed in in the bedroom. Sloped roof above bed makes it tricky (especially for tall people) to get in and out of bed without bumping head. Parking charges not prominent on web page and went up from £10 to £15 after we arrived. Also was a delay in the payment link coming through, which was a bit stressful.
Very comfortable
Liked: Place has everything you need for a long stay or a short stay. Shower was amazing! Bed was very comfy.
Disliked: Thr pub next door took an early morning delivery around 6/7am woke us up and kept us awake for over an hour. Barrels rattling and staff shouting.
Liked: Great location, apartment clean and tidy with everything you would need.
Disliked: We chose this option as it seemed to be better value than some hotel options. When the price of parking is added on of £15 it takes the cost to over £200 for one night. For that price range a hotel would be more favourable. Also received instructions on how to book parking on arrival, contacted 2 numbers which were out of service. The third number picked up and advised it would be dealt with immediately. I heard nothing until 2 days after we returned and then received multiple reminders one after another about an unpaid amount for parking. Overall, an average apartment for a one night stay but overpriced.
