Exceptional
Walking distance from York city centre
Liked: Walking distance to York city centre. Apartment was clean, showers were powerful and water in the showers nice and hot. Tea and coffee available. Hosts were super in their communications
Disliked: More a suggestion:- freezer needs defrosting and maybe consider putting a small carton of milk in the fridge to go with the tea and coffee. Apartment started to get a little cool, however the heater in the main room is behind the sofa. None of this distracted form us enjoying our stay
Had a great stay. Free on site parking was great and only a short walk into York centre
Liked: Great size, very clean and modern.
Disliked: Some of the mugs were chipped.
Liked: Well kept good clean Jordan was helpful but the person attending his phone while he was away was rude and not helpful
Overall a great stay, thank you
Liked: Location was ok, approx a 5-10 min walk from town My son & his partner used the gym Costa across the road was very convenient Great that parking is included
Disliked: The lift, there is only one lift so we had to wait a while if it was in use
We stayed here as me, my husband and my mum were in York for the Ebor Festival for 4 days. It’s a lovely flat. Close to
Liked: Lovely apartment 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, nice living area plus balcony and a little gym which I used every morning.
Disliked: Only minuscule things. In the main bedroom with en-suite there isn’t a socket close to the bathroom so unable to use the mirror when drying and straightening hair and the only 2 mirrors are in each bathroom so that was a bit annoying as a female.
Liked: Location
Disliked: One of the beds had very poor mattress. Settee was very low and not comfortable
