  Liked: The apartment was exactly as described in the photos and was very clean. All necessities were provided, which made our stay extremely comfortable. Balcony was a plus! The host, Aida, was very helpful and responsive, and she even gave us great suggestions for attractions and helped us understand the city better. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment.

  Great base for outdoor activities

  Liked: When you arrive late in the evening and the next morning you wake up, go to the balcony and then see the view on the valley and the mountains around, you already know you don’t want to leave again. We had an amazing stay at this place, it had everything we needed. It’s a great base if you want to be active - in our case mostly cycling, but also suitable spot for hiking. The place itself has everything needed, with clean rooms, nice living room and a complete kitchen. The host was extremely friendly and helpful as well - she provided very clear check-in instructions upfront, and also during our stay remained very attentive. The kitchen was missing two things (a cutting board and larger pan), and the host immediately took action to arrange. And, again.. the balcony with the views is a big plus! Would definitely recommend the place and hope to come back one day!

  Great apartment for a ski trip

  Liked: The apartment is great, very cosy, stylish and clean. It’s more spacious than it appears in the photos. The host is very responsive, there was a misunderstanding about the check-in, but it was promptly resolved. The location is good, close to shops and restaurants. It can be confusing to get in and out of the building, so don’t miss the video they send with the instructions as it is really helpful.

  Disliked: Just as a suggestion, I would appreciate if there was a few basics in the kitchen, such as salt, oil and paper towels. The pillows are a bit uncomfortable for my taste, as well.

Please note that in case of loss of the keys, a supplement of EUR 150 will be charged. Please note that if you fail to comply with the established departure time of 11:00, the establishment will charge a supplement of EUR 0.50 per minute. The establishment must charge a tourist tax of EUR 2.09 per person per night. Payment will be collected by Booking.com at the time of booking. Please note that upon booking, you agree to send a photograph of the personal identification documents, both sides, of all guests staying in the apartment. In order to comply with the registration law required by the Government of Andorra, access codes to the accommodation will not be activated without this information. Smoking on-site will incur a total loss of the security deposit of EUR 300. Failing to comply with the house rules, smoking, or causing damage to the property may result in the partial or total loss of the security deposit.
