  Tiene mucho que mejorar

  Liked: Estuvimos dos noches en la residencia, lo que más me llamó la atención es que no había ningún trabajador, la recepción y el bar de la sala de estar estaba abandonado, tenías que ir a otro hotel que estava cerca para el check in y para posibles dudas. Estuvimos en la habitación 1, era como ir a un sótano donde apenas llegaba el wifi. Lo mejor del hotel es el precio y las vistas al río, lo peor, pasamos frío porque la calefacción iba a horas sueltas, no recibimos servicio de habitaciones como nos constaba en hoteles.com y las dos noches que estuvimos había basura de comida por las mesas de la sala de estar y Las papeleras a punto de petar y nadie lo limpiava.. Para mí parecer muy abandonado por ser temporada alta en Andorra...

  Close to ski area

  Liked: Staff not very welcoming. Food was awful and was charged a lot for what frankly was the worst breakfast ever.

  Manque de services et de personnels

  Liked: Pas d'informations quant à l'accès lors de l'arrivée pour retirer carte et clefs. Aucun nettoyage general de la chambre en 3 jours. Vraiment 2 entités distincts: l'hôtel Sant Gothard magnifique et la résidence qui laisse un peu à désirer. Pas de Wi-Fi à disposition, étonnant de nos jours.
