  Excellent cozy stay

  Liked: Beautiful balcony and space. Pics didn’t do it justice. Great kitchen facilities with salt pepper and oil. Excellent coffee machine too. Responsive and accomodating host. Comfy bed, heating, dishwasher.

  Disliked: Working tv but not a smart tv so streaming services not an option.

  We had a very nice stay at the appatment and in the area

  Liked: Very nice equipment, well equiped kitchen, clean towels, good location close to the bus stop, quiet area, nice garden with comfortable seating.

  Disliked: The owner comunicates primarily by phone, rather then to booking messages, but you can reach him just fine by a call.

  Great stay in Haus Franzis

  Liked: We had a very nice apartment, lot of space for four people. Two sofas in the living room, big TV and an HDMI cable so we could watch from our computer. The kitchen was quite well equipped, a bit small but worked well for four persons. We cooked some simple meals and that worked fine. Lovely bedrooms and a nice balcony. We were really pleased with the apartment. We hade one issue with the dishwasher but that was solved rapidly during the day. We were skiing and had our skies and boots at a safe by the lift, took us about 10 minutes to walk. However the ski bus is not too far away so if you plan to use the bus a lot to go to other ski areas it might be a good idea to have it in the ski room of Haus Franzis.

  Disliked: Maybe I would have liked some more information from the owners (or whoever it was). Google maps didn't show the right location. We didn't know where the bus stop was (Mozart Platz). So, maybe some more practical information would have been nice. But, a really great apartment and we loved Bad Gastein.

  Great location and everything we needed for a very pleasant stay

  Liked: Comfortable. Well equipped. The wood burner was a bonus. It was very convenient to have the city pass allowing free public transport in the Salzburg area.

  We had a very pleasant stay here

  Liked: Spacious living room and 2 bathrooms. Quiet and peaceful location, but still close to skibus
