  Our stay was peaceful, comfortable, and truly memorable

  Liked: The hotel was absolutely excellent — everything was well provided and organized. I highly recommend booking the same apartment we stayed in, as it had a very spacious balcony with beautiful views. The location is up on the mountain, away from the crowds, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. If you want to go to the center, it’s just a 5–10 minute walk, but be prepared for a bit of a climb as the path includes some stairs.

  Disliked: The only downside for us as Muslims was that the apartment had many Christian-themed decorations, which made us feel slightly uncomfortable. A more neutral décor would make the space even better.

  Liked: Great location for skiing, bus outside the door to Bad Gastein and Bad Hofgastein gondolas. Lovely modern facilities with a pool and a sauna. Close to the town of Bad Gastein, 10 - 15 minutes walk.

  Disliked: Breakfast was expensive for continental breakfast that we could have made in our apartment.

  Good space for a family ski trip with lots of space for hanging out

  Liked: It was a good sized apartment with plenty of seating and hangout areas for our large-ish family vacation. The views were great from the apartment and it was truly stocked with everything we needed. It was a very nice place to hang out after a day on the mountains and the kids made good use of the pool.

  Disliked: The ski lift that can be found in front of the hotel was closed and the main ski area was a little further away (fortunately, we had a car and parking was easy). The beds were not that comfortable.
