Liked: The lady at the reception was incredibly helpful and kind. She issued Gastein cards for us and gave tips where to go in Bad Gastein. The hotel was a good value in terms of price, quality and location. Balcony was nice 😊

Disliked: Warm water from the tap was a little brown, although cold water was clean. Overall, it was not an issue.

Nice place to stay with family - friendly people

Liked: The staff, especially the lady at the reception is very helpful and friendly. She speaks and understands English well. Also understanding of family needs. There is a common area with kitchen where you can relax and play games with your friends and family. The breakfast was really good.

Disliked: In the pictures in booking.com, they show the pool. But this is not in the hotel. Maybe in a therme nearby. This maybe a bit misleading.

Liked: Hotel was pretty central, not too busy, not too big. Large room Clean Nice and hepful staff

Disliked: Unfortunately my room was facing the main road, so I could hear cars during the night. Bed was very soft. There was no proper bin in the room, just a little on in the bathroom.
