  Liked: Hotel breakfast was very good for three star hotel, good variety of food, salty and sweet, everything was very fresh. Staff in the restorant was very polite and helpful. Hotel has very good location at the edge of historic part of Bad Gastein and it’s very convenient for walking through heart of Bad Gastein. Also hotel location at Mozart Platz on the main road was convenient for using bus transport during my stay in Bad Gastein.

  Liked: Kind and helpful staff. Comfortable and quiet room with a wonderful view over the town. You get the relaxation you need after a long day of skiing. Ski buses depart from the corner just meters away and it is a five minute walk to the town center. Good sauna.

  Disliked: The corridors are a bit narrow owing to this being a historical hotel that has gone through a few expansions. Good breakfast, but I would have liked more variation over the week (fried eggs instead of scrambled perhaps?)

  Liked: Authentic Austrian as I remember it from childhood. Restaurant great 3 days in a row.
