Magical place, attentive staff, excellent food, outstanding facilities!

Liked: We stayed at the Comodo in late October 2026. I booked the hotel as the location to propose to my girlfriend due to the stunning scenery and high quality rooms - she's now my fiancee so take that as a ringing endorsement. We found the staff to be very attentive, the options for things to do, despite being out of season, were high if you enjoyed walking, cycling, swimming or wellness activities including sauna and massage. The cinema room, which can be rented free of charge, is a very unique addition to a hotel and one that we loved. Our group has all expressed a desire to return in future; bravo Comodo.

Good views but the facilities could do better

Liked: The view and rooms were very nice. Staff was kind. Breakfast was very good.

Disliked: Windows for the sauna are small so it was very busy and crowded throughout the whole time. Same for the pool, it was busy and people were occupying the beds the whole time. For charging the EV they charge 17 euros regardless the KW needed….

  Would come back again

Liked: Nice design hotel with a cozy atmosphere and very good food.

Disliked: Location is a bit outside the city center, about a 25-minute walk away. In the spa area, we would appreciate having some small snacks available, such as dried fruit or nuts.
