  practical venue if visiting the Schoenbrunn Palace, otherwise mediocre

  Liked: very good extensive varied breakfast

  Disliked: Some (not all) reception staff very offhand and casual. Having no knowledge or interest in assisting, appeared to be utterly untrained. For example I asked about car hire and was told to check the internet, whenever I asked about travelling or straightforward tourist questions the staff had no idea and sometimes just talked to each other while I was talking to them, ignoring nme entirely. Amazing poor servcie.

  As always (nearly) perfect and we will be back

  Liked: We have stayed here numerous times and always greatly enjoy the vibe and the fantastic location. The staff in the restaurant are excellent and returning home to the hotel after a long day is always a pleasure over a glass or two of wine.

  We loved our stay at this hotel and will be recommending it to others who visit the area!

  Liked: The hotel is in the perfect location in Baden, nestled against the beautiful Kurpark and a 5-minute walk from the central square. We loved the balcony view over the park, the breakfast buffet options, and the friendly staff.

  Disliked: Although the hotel does provide laundry services to guests, I was surprised that our room did not come equipped with an iron and ironing board.

  I recommend this hotel. The staff was grate. The Location and views are the best. Correct breakfast

  Liked: It is wonderful location with a beautiful view

  Disliked: It was hot weather and the room didn’t have air conditioner. The fan couldn't cope with the heat. The Night open window was our solution. And during the day- to the spa. No instructions for the safe, so, ask about it, just in case

  Nice hotel would stay again if visiting the area and would recommend

  Liked: The hotel is in an excellent location just a few minutes walk from shops, cafes and bars and located next door to the park for great walks/cycling. The rooms were clean but basic no air conditioning. The breakfast was ok.

  Disliked: No air conditioning in the rooms
