  Beautiful place, beautiful hotel

  Liked: The room was very big, nicely furnished and clean. Also the venue itself is like a little museum and art deco gallery. It’s full of details.

  Disliked: Internet connection was bad, wifi and 5G both. One of the staff was not polite, she was useful and did what we needed but it was like a smile hurts her. I had impression that she doesn’t like Slavic people. The other lady was very nice and polite.

  Disliked: Having stayed at this property many years ago, I was eager to return—and it did not disappoint. ​Room: Clean, comfortable size, and impeccably serviced daily. ​Breakfast & Staff: A wide spread, though the plant-based and lactose-free options could be expanded. That said, the breakfast staff was extraordinary—attentive, accommodating, and hardworking (back home in Miami, it would take ten people to match the work ethic of this crew!). ​Front Desk: Welcoming, pleasant, and always helpful. ​Spa & Gym: The pool water was a bit too cold for my liking. In the gym, needing a wristband/keycard just to exit felt unusual—it made me wonder about safety protocols during an emergency like a fire. ​No place is completely perfect, but the overall experience was great. I look forward to returning again!

Please note that 1 bathrobe and 1 bathing towel per person are provided in the room free of charge. They can be exchanged at an extra cost. Slippers can be bought at the reception.
