Fabulous
Liked: Excellent staff on reception Wellness facilities are top quality
Nice place and near to city center
Liked: The garage.
Disliked: TV doesn’t work if you insert a private usb stick with movies.
Liked: Although a little out of the main town (only 10 mins walk), the room & especially the view were great.
Disliked: Breakfast was very expensive, so we ate elsewhere.
Liked: Our room was absolutely stunning. It was super roomy, comfortable, and had the most amazing view from a wraparound deck. I couldn’t imagine a better location and view. We were utterly spoiled. Staff were very friendly, and super helpful (except for one). One of the bartenders was super busy, but friendly, helpful and just really wonderful. Really hard-working and efficient. Shout out to him! Also, really good breakfast brunch.
Disliked: One staff member on the desk could really benefit from customer service training. Not a good check- in experience, to say the least. But the rest of hotel experience was wonderful.
Liked: Very comfortable, large rooms. Quiet, clean, serene vibe. Super friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful relaxing spa with sauna. Excellent coffee in the bar.
Disliked: Not a criticism but just a note: the spa was only open late afternoon and evening. Understandable, but good to know if you're planning to go for the spa.
Liked: I wish we remembered her name, but the woman at the front desk was so so helpful and sweet
