  Loved Innsbruck, although very pricey

  Liked: The ambiance of the hotel, comfortable room with a great view. Hotel staff very nice and helpful.

  Disliked: The tax on the room was 50% of the cost of the room. Quite a shock at checkout.

  Liked: Interesting room design and the most beautiful view from the balcony! Hotel has a perfect location: near the station and near the city centre. Very much enjoyed my stay.

  We were happily immersed in the Nala serenity aesthetic, and it was an easy walk to the old town

  Liked: The breakfast was fantastic (so glad we got the full Sunday spread). The desk staff were extremely helpful in many ways during our short stay. For example, we had an hour or so after our checkout to wait for our private transfer to arrive at the hotel. They let us sit in their lovely garden area while we waited, and they even brought us free cappuccinos!

  Disliked: The room cabinetry, etc. was a bit of a modern art project, but certainly functional. They're obviously trying to be different, but the Nala decor motif itself provided a sufficiently special and effective aesthetic.
